  • NIVOMAX Mobile App shall be referred to as “the App.”
  • SYNAXIOM shall be referred to as “the Company.”
  • The organization that grants access to their data and supplies an SSO account shall be referred to as “ePub Supplier.”
  • The data accessed through the App shall be referred to as “Libraries.”
  • The individual installing and using the App on their device shall be referred to as “End User.”

 

  1. Introduction
    The Company respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user information.

 

  1. No Data Collection
    The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, usage data, or any other information from users. We do not track user activity, store cookies, or share any information with third parties without consent.

 

  1. No Reporting or Analytics
    The App does not send any data to the Company or any external servers. There is no background telemetry, analytics, error reporting, or any form of data transmission.

 

  1. Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Management
    The App includes Single Sign-On (SSO) capability. User authentication and identity information are not managed or stored by the Company. Instead, they are maintained by the ePub Supplier that provides access to the user.

 

When an End User logs into the App, the Username used in the SSO authentication and the Email Address of the user account supplied during authentication by the Identity Provider are stored on the device. This information is used solely for authentication purposes and is not transmitted to the Company or shared with any third parties.

 

  1. No Responsibility for Data Accessed
    The App allows users to view Libraries that are distributed by the ePub Supplier. The Company does not create, control, or manage these Libraries and is not responsible for their accuracy, security, or legality. Any concerns regarding the Libraries should be directed to the respective ePub Supplier.

 

  1. No Tracking or Reporting
    The App does not track any information on user devices, nor is it designed to report any data back to the Company or any third party.

 

  1. Security
    While the App does not collect data, it is designed to function securely on your device. Users are responsible for ensuring their device remains protected through appropriate security measures, such as software updates and access controls.

 

  1. Changes to This Privacy Policy
