What is the difference between SYNAXIOM and NIVOMAX?
SYNAXIOM if the company that developed and owns the NIVOMAX Platform.
What is the difference between an ePub supplier and NIVOMAX?
An ePub supplier, such as OEMs, CMs, or operators, sells access to electronic publications (ePubs). NIVOMAX is the software platform they use to sell, publish, distribute, and view these ePubs. The supplier provides the content, while NIVOMAX delivers the technology and tools to access it.
I purchased data licenses from an ePub supplier under a different product name. Is this the same as NIVOMAX?
No, what you purchased is a license to an ePubs product granted to you by the supplier and not to NIVOMAX. The name your ePub supplier uses is specific to their service, not the NIVOMAX platform itself. NIVOMAX is the software that supports the service, managing and accessing your data licenses and publications.
Do I need to purchase a separate license for NIVOMAX to install the apps and use them?
No, you do not need to buy a separate NIVOMAX license. The ePub supplier from whom you received your data license has already purchased the necessary licenses from SYNAXIOM. By sending you an invitation, they are including you in their authorized user pool, which is permitted under their NIVOMAX license agreement. You are authorized to use the NIVOMAX software as long as the ePub supplier maintains a valid NIVOMAX software license.
What do I need to start using NIVOMAX?
You need a user account set up by your ePub supplier. You will receive login credentials or instructions on how to access the platform using your organizational credentials through SSO.
I received an invitation to use NIVOMAX. What does this mean?
This invitation from your ePub supplier grants you access to their service powered by NIVOMAX, allowing you to view and manage relevant ePubs.
How do I activate my account after receiving an invitation?
Follow the instructions in the invitation email, which typically include clicking a link and logging in to activate your account.
I am new and don’t have any credentials. What should I do?
If you already use other services from your ePub supplier, you can log in using your existing Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials. If not, contact your ePub supplier’s support team to set up your credentials.
The ePub service has a different name than NIVOMAX. Are they the same?
No, the service name is specific to your ePub supplier and is used for branding or specific offerings. NIVOMAX is the technology platform that powers these services.
What should I do if I encounter issues with my ePub service or NIVOMAX?
Contact your ePub supplier’s support team for any service-specific issues or problems with the NIVOMAX platform. For quick help, check the NIVOMAX Help Center for self-serve content.
How are updates to the NIVOMAX platform or ePub service communicated?
Updates are communicated through notifications within the NIVOMAX platform and may also be sent via email by your ePub supplier. Regularly check for updates to ensure you have the latest features.
I use multiple ePub services. Will they all be on NIVOMAX?
If your ePub suppliers use NIVOMAX and you are authorized, then yes. Confirm with each supplier to understand which platform they use and the terms of use.
Is training available to help me use NIVOMAX effectively?
